A New View of Adirondack Lakes

An indepth review of methods and results of a multi-year study of the impact of nitrogen deposition on Adirondack lakes and watersheds.   Samples were taken from 520 lakes over 3 summers and determined that airborne nitrogen from midwest power plants was having a significant impact on ADK lakes and watersheds.  Features Dr Charles Canham, studies’ lead scientist.
