Forests of the western Northern Forest filmed in Michigan and Minnesota during 2017. Includes footage of the forest/prairie edge in western Minnesota, forests along and behind Great Lakes shorelines on Lake Superior and Lake Michigan, and the Sylvania Wilderness forests on Michigan’s upper peninsula.
