Northern Forest Atlas

I have been working at the VIC at Paul Smith’s since June, and spending a moderate amount of time in the peatlands at Barnum Pond and Heron Marsh. They are big places, and I have only looked at a small part of them. I have, however, looked at a moderate number of specimens, listed woody plants, grasses, sedges, rushes, and
Sphagnums, and made about 300 images. Here is a short summary of what I know so far, followed by a selection of images.
